Due to modern technologies production of ice-cream nowadays has turned from a seasonal to a year-round business. The trade fair "Gelatissimo" is aimed at confectioners and manufacturers of ice-cream in general offering them the whole range of ice-cream porduction from work and production technologies to the raw materials, wafers and consumables.
The Gelatissmo will take place on 5 days from Saturday, 03. February to Wednesday, 07. February 2018 in Stuttgart.
