The Good Age is a show that is geared specifically to the needs and concerns of seniors. It takes place every two years and shows the full range of products, equipment, technologies and therapies including recreational facilities for the elderly. It includes the areas of care in general, nursing homes and home care of relatives. Visitors will find not only technical, medical and orthopedic aids, but also all services that are geared towards senior citizens such as transport, food and care services as well as sporting activities, excursions, leisure activities and health and social services. Another important focus of the exhibition is age-appropriate housing. Here exhibitors present their ideas for living rooms, entrances and baths to make life at home in the age as pleasant and easy as possible and still largely remain independent.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 2 days of the fair, from 25. September to 26. September 2014, about 220 exhibitors and 6500 visitors on the Good Age in Tampere.
The Good Age will take place on 2 days from Wednesday, 03. October to Thursday, 04. October 2018 in Helsinki.
