1 . this is my first time buy from your company , how to arrange the shipping way for me ?

2 . If i buy from your company , how long i can receive my goods ??

   If you buy stock items or want to get samples from us.the goods will be on your table less than 5 days by express.if you like make bulk order from us , usually the production time is around 10- 15 days (sometime maybe need more days or less depends on your bulk order quantity) , lead time by express is around 5 days , by sea is around 30 days .

3 . If i paid for your company , how could i know if you send out my goods ??

    after you paid we will arrange production or shipping soon , once we send out we will send you the tracking number , after you get the tracking number you can check at the official website or official website call , there will be staffs check the tracking number for you , once u get the tracking number you can check at website anytime , you will also know where its has arrived .

4 . As the time zone , always when i work then you rest , how can i contact you can be improve our efficience ??

5. what's the sample policy and sample lead time ?  

   usually we can offer the free sample , but quantity is at 1 piece , and you only pay shipping cost is ok , if you need more samples you should pay the sample charge ,but the charge will be refunded as we get your order.( old customers will be free get samples when need )
