1) what is your MOQ ?

most of our products are in stock, so we accept the trial order, the MOQ is 5pcs.

2) Can I get samples?

sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.But you should pay for the delivery charge in advance.

3) How long is the sample lead time ?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. they are free. If you want your own designs, it will take 10-15 days to produce the fabric and sample.

4) Can we have our logo on the products?

Yes, we could use woven label or designed outer pack as you requested.

5) How long is the production lead time ?

A. Our own designed fabric banners: If the order quantity is less than 1000PCS, we could finish it in 2-5 days.

B. Our own designed Napkins: If the order quantity is less than 1000PCS, we could finish it in 5-10 days.

C. Our own designed Sock stuffed Animals:  Cause it is handmade, please contact with us for the production time.

6) what is your payment term ?

T/T (30% prepaid, the balance before shipment or T/T 100% In advance), and if the amount is small, we also accept Paypal.

7) How about the shipping cost ?

A. small quantity:  we provide ePacket, EMS, DHL ,UPS , TNT, fedex etc express fast way.

B. large quantity: Can choose Shipping by air or sea.
